We're super excited to announce something we've been working on for a while now: Atomic Big Band! The Horns Lite.
We wanted to give folks, who might not need all 13 instruments and extended techniques like trills and rips, an opportunity to experience Atomic Big Band's most essential features. Users can now access the insane realism of Smart Delay even if their needs don't require a full big band setup.
Included in Lite are 1 trumpet (our screaming lead trumpet in fact), 1 trombone, 1 alto sax, 1 tenor sax and 1 baritone sax. There's a limited dynamic range. As well as fewer mic positions, mutes and articulations. But all the essentials are there to make some killer tracks. You can see a full list of the differences between the Full and Lite version here.
There's also a upgrade path to the full version of Atomic Big Band! The Horns for users that have purchased the Lite version. A previous owner of Atomic Big Band! Lite will be able to instantly upgrade and download the rest of the library, which will seamlessly be updated in Kontakt.
