If the serial number has not been activated yet, then we also offer exchanges for another product, like for example, if you mis-clicked and bought the wrong item
Our products are download only so there is no shipping cost and download instructions are sent via email moments after purchase. You will receive an email from our partner Pulse with a redemption and further instructions on how to download and install your product.
